Shipping Policy
Standard Delivery
Standard orders are processed once we receive a payment confirmation. Orders shipped via standard delivery will typically ship within 1-3 days of receiving your order confirmation.
The estimated delivery time to:
- USA & CANADA: 2 to 7 Business days
- REST OF THE WORLD: 4- 10 Business days
Express Delivery
Orders placed with Express Shipping Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) before 12:00 PM AST mostly ship that same day after order confirmation.
Orders placed with Express Shipping Monday through Friday after 12 PM AST, or on weekends and holidays, will ship on the following business day.
Orders placed with Express Shipping will not be delivered on Saturdays. For example, if an order is placed with Express Shipping on a Thursday before 12:00 PM AST, it will be delivered the following Monday or next business day if the item is available for immediate delivery.
As all our products are handcrafted, if an item is not available at the same day of your order confirmation, we restock on the next 1 or 2 day.
Once we ship your package, we will send you an email with the status of your order along with a tracking number so you may track your package on-line with the selected carrier.
